Winery tours in conjunction with Tokar Estate would like
to invite you to book for any special occasion you may be planning,
be it Wedding, prenuptual celebrations, company functions, etc.
ECD Winery Tours would be more than happy to organise the transport
(by luxury coach) to and from Tokar Estate, who would be more than
pleased to organise a spectacular meal for the occasion.
Menu's can be put together for the occasion along the line of the
"Valentines on the Vines" promotion as an example.
Prices would depend on the requirements of the occasion, and can be
quoted once the details are known. Alternatively, a budgetted price
can be given to us, and we would then be able to quote to suit.
Minimum number of 15 people required for these
occasions. |

 As one of our special dinner
events in association with Tokar Estate in Maddens Lane in the
Coldstream - Healesville area, ECD Winery Tours are pleased to
offer a Valentines Day 2005 package.
Tokar Estate is located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, and
features outstanding views from the restaurant, which was opened
for business in December, 2002.
Celebrate Valentines Day at their state of the art Winery/Cellar
Door/Restaurant complex at Tokar Estate. Take in the sunset over
the vines, with a complimentary glass of the 1999 Tokar Estate
sparkling Pinot Noir/Chardonnay on arrival, followed by a romantic,
candlelit dinner.

allow you to celebrate Valentines Day in true style, luxury and
ease. Coach transport to and from this outstanding event, plus
dinner, sunset, and romance, is now available in limited
numbers.

Entree
Chilled Salmon Mousse, served with king prawns, finished with a
dill and lime mayonnaise
OR
Roasted Quail, marinated with lemon, garlic and chilli, served on a
bed of couscous
Main Course
Succulent corn fed chicken breast, filled with ricotta and baby
spinach, wrapped in prosciutto,on a bed of creamy risotto, finished
with a lime, semi-sun dried tomato and basil cream sauce.
OR
Marinated roasted rack of Lamb, served on a tomato and white bean
stew accompanied by rosemary kiffler potatoes.
OR
Grilled Yarra Valley Salmon Steak, served on a roast garlic and
potato mash and wild rocket leaves, finished with a lime, chilli
and butter sauce.
Dessert
Individual Chocolate and kahlua pudding, topped with rich chocolate
sauce, served with ice cream and double cream
OR
Vanilla Bean Pannecotta, with Yarra Valley berries marinated in
Tokar Estate 1999 sparkling "joie de vie"
Coffee and assorted teas with handmade chocolates

Coach Transport to and from Tokar Estate from a centralised pick-up
point.
